Gregor provides clarity. This includes supporting individuals in adapting to their roles and guiding teams through conflict or towards common goals. Clarity can only emerge when a person experiences something as meaningful. Understanding individual experiences and making sense of these unique experiences is at the heart of Gregor’s work. Therefore, his approach focuses on the person, not the problem, and he relies on building a relationship rather than applying a method.
