Valérie brings over 25 years of international experience as a facilitator, coach and advisor with leaders. Her expertise spans vertical leadership & change, talent and career management, co-learning, and vitality at work. She works with a large scope of management levels and organisations, both private and public, from SMEs to international groups, including utilities, banking, and healthcare sectors.
