With 30 years corporate experience, Mélanie is a seasoned corporate strategy, culture and leadership expert, excelling at advising and implementing decisions and actions at senior levels across many organisations she’s worked with and for. Mélanie is recognized by her colleagues and clients as being a brilliant leadership professional who can analyze a situation very quickly and has an ease of sharing creative ideas, together with frequently used adjectives such as enthusiasm, dynamism and curiosity, clients warm to her as she builds psychological safety within each group.

Other Relevant Experience

  • Exec Director (People Advisory Services) of one of the leading global consulting firms. Mélanie has spent several years working for different consulting firms, learning and developing best practices for firms and their clients, especially in culture and leadership areas, aslevers of strategic transformations.
  • An expert in each of the different facets of a transformation and the way they are articulated, her experience extends to both strategy and implementation, including organizational and cultural change management, process optimization and stakeholder mobilization. Her assignments focus on strategic alignment, bringing greater agility to people’s behaviors and attitudes, managing change projects and implementing structural change (organizational design and governance) and coaching leaders (top and middle management).
  • Mélanie has helped companies of all sizes to transform, both internally (Proximus, KBC) and externally (consultant with akkanto, Agilemaker, EY), in all sectors of activity. She has a long experience of listening to and supporting all levels of an organization, from teams in the field to the executive committee.
