Thaís Pessoa

Thaís is a self-driven, dynamic, and mature Knowledge & Project Manager with 20 years of experience providing skillful support to senior executives, external clients, and teams across different organizational levels. She has been working with TPCL since 2021 is currently the Knowledge and Project Manager for TPCL and also serves as the Global Knowledge Manager for TPCL Global.

Over the course of her career, she has built a strong track record of delivering impact in fast-paced, multicultural environments. During her 10 years at a global strategy consultancy as an Executive Assistant, she was also the Global Knowledge Coordinator for The Family Business Practice, which gave her broad exposure across industries and a unique ability to connect knowledge with client impact.

Thaís is known for her ability to develop powerful relationships and act as a trusted partner. Prior to her consultancy experience, she worked primarily in multinational companies within Human Resources. In one of them, she was responsible for implementing a Leadership Development Training for Latin American leaders, strengthening her expertise in Leadership Development.
