Benoit believes that any organization’s success and resilience depend on how they build skill, behaviour and alignment.

It is his personal mission to support senior executives facing complex change. Before guiding them in their search for answers and solutions, he makes sure to pinpoint the questions that need to be asked and to reveal the system’s dynamic.

* An international career with Barco and Boston Consulting Group (USA, China, S-E Asia, India)
* Senior leadership: CFO, CEO and non-executive board member roles for several companies.
* Supporting senior executives and their teams, from medium and large stock quoted companies.

* Working with TPC Leadership since 2020, Benoit entered the Partnership in March 2026.
* Benoit is regularly invited as a keynote speaker on organizational resilience under peak pressure, building on his experience in the corporate world as well as offshore yacht racing.
* He organizes and facilitates leadership development journeys on sailing yachts
