Barend is described as an open, creative, ambitious, warm and person of integrity. His approach is personal, structured and pragmatic.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Barend switched from business to coaching and leadership development in early 2024. Besides his fascination with people, he brings his experience in consulting and execution to leading Dutch private equity firms and its various international portfolio companies. Besides his work at TPC, he is responsible for coordinating and facilitating leadership development at a pan-European political party and runs a coaching practice aimed at professionals under 35 with a focus on personal leadership development.
