Sandro works with organisational members, from entry-level to managers and executives, to develop their skills and improve their performance in their current jobs, to prepare and strengthen them for future positions and to allow them to reflect on their own role when candid feedback, a different perspective and insight may lack.
In his work with top teams, he facilitates repeated cycles of action and reflection and invites them to consider the consistency of their leadership, the quality of their interactions and their opportunities for renewal. At a more organisational level, Sandro is regarded as a trusted consultant and thinking partner to HR and L&D senior executives during their efforts and initiatives to enable their organisations to evolve, adapt and change
