Ingrid has an intuitive understanding of organizations and what organizations and people in organizations need in order to excel and transform. She is a calm, empathic observer and her natural ability to connect with others is the basis to everything she does.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

The combination of managing a law firm and serving clients at an executive level, brought a wealth of experience which Ingrid currently applies in the development and transformation of people and companies.

Having been in professional services firms such as PwC and international law firms as a senior leader, Ingrid has a broad and diverse experience in building and managing teams of professionals, as well as managing teams through complex change and conflict resolution. In working with managing directors, HR directors and leadership boards in complex business processes, Ingrid always creates trusted relationships.

Other Relevant Experience

Right from the beginning of her legal career Ingrid specialised in the field of employment and labour law. Ingrid navigated her teams through the merger of Landwell (associated law firm of PWC) and Van Doorne and the integration process with Eversheds-Sutherland LLP, appreciating the intricacies of working towards a higher strategy whilst balancing the needs of her team and the individuals within it.

Whilst working as co-Managing Partner with Eversheds-Sutherland, Ingrid had the opportunity to work with clients and colleagues across over 30 different countries, recognising the importance of cultural collaboration as well as developing her own leadership style through coaching to role model, among many things, diversity and inclusivity as a value pillar within the firm.

During her legal career, Ingrid specialised in the complexities of change management and related projects such as reorganisations, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.

Client feedback regularly praised Ingrid as being a very dedicated partner with a strong strategic view, combined with a refined, pragmatic, solution oriented and hands-on approach.
