Chris (they/them) has been leading, coaching and facilitating for more than 20 years during their career in engineering/technology, L&D and as an independent consultant. Leadership Development Experience

Chris is an experienced leader and coach having spent more than 20 years leading and coaching teams and individuals at all levels in organizations operating in engineering/technology, e-commerce, retail and non-profit sectors. As global head of learning & development and head of engineering at Irdeto, they designed and built a robust portfolio of programs for developing effective and healthy leaders and employees throughout the global organization. Further, their strategic efforts contributed to shaping organizational change initiatives around diversity and inclusion and a values-driven culture in which people and results matter. Prior to these roles, Chris was the Lead front-end architect at both Treatwell and Funda. Their current leadership consultancy clients are located in BeNeLux, Canada, United States and South Africa.
