  • 2011-2018: Hong Leong Industries: CEO of Malaysian Newsprint Industries and Guocera Holdings.
  • 1995–2011: Kimberly-Clark Corporation: Regional Director, Kimberly-Clark Professional Asia-Pacific, Managing Director Kimberly-Clark Malaysia/Singapore.
  • 1982-1995: Scott Paper Malaysia/Singapore: Various roles from Project Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing Director, SBU Head.
  • 1978-1982: Project Engineer with Cape Industries and then DRG Group in Bristol, England.
  • Broad experience in leading and managing teams to deliver continuous revenue and profit growth as well as in turning around business performance in challenging market environments.
  • Built high performance teams in each leadership role, and developed strong leaders through a focus on coaching and mentoring.

Other Relevant Experience

Nathan has extensive C-level work experience in Global MNC and Malaysian Conglomerate business environments.

He has diverse career experience in engineering, project management, production management, supply chain management, sales and marketing management and as MD/CEO in three different companies each with revenue of more than USD150 million. He also has broad geographical experience based in Singapore, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, and in regional roles covering Asia- Pacific Region.
