Lidia brings 20+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources & Development in multinational companies and is attuned in communicating with people of various backgrounds and cultures. Her holistic approach of growing and explorative brings clarity, direction, and positive support for her clients. Lidia helps clients live their best life, by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability. Lidia helps her clients reach each milestone, one at a time with an ultimate end goal of satisfaction and success, reach their highest goals and dreams.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Lidia is a professional coach for TPC Leadership SEA. She has coached global employees from various industries and organization sizes and part of Leadership team of International Coach Federation Jakarta Charter Chapter (ICF JCC). Furthermore, she is actively involved in the education of coaching in the young generation on the topics of Career, Leadership and Life coaching.

She is part of Indonesia’s registered lecturer under Indonesia Education ministry. She is a lecturer in one of Vocational Academy of Tourism in Jakarta. As her vision to mainstream coaching she applied coaching competencies in at best possible all her professional dan personal interactions.

She is a member of ICF JCC, Global IAF (International Association of Facilitator) and SHRM.
