Jerome is a certified ICF People Coach, trained Assessor, DDI Targeted Selection (Competency-based Interviews) trainer, and certified in DDI’s Facilitation Skills. His rich experience as a leader enables him to combine learning content delivery with coaching and mentoring people. He shares insights in a manner that has sparked behavior change necessary for people to reach peak performance.

Jerome has solid experience in leading and managing projects in a complex global organization with stakeholders from multiple layers in the organization. He has been involved in several organizational transformation initiatives and is a change practitioner who has helped people through significant transitions.

He has 24+ years leading and executing shared services projects & operations, 12+ years in leadership development, assessments and executing coaching.
