Michelle has spearheaded strategic transformations, delivering over $6.8M in cost savings while coaching and mentoring over 50 leaders to embed sustainable organizational change.

Michelle is accredited in Lean Six Sigma methodology, driving operational excellence through end-to-end process improvements, project management, and stakeholder engagement. She played a pivotal role in cultivating continuous improvement cultures, designing innovative workshops, and coaching leaders to
implement Lean Sigma initiatives across global teams. Michelle is adept at aligning organizational strategies with business objectives, successfully leading multi-market transformations in Asia with measurable performance enhancements.
