Shirley SY Leong

Shirley is an experienced management consultant with more than 15 years experience, working with all types of organisations, focusing on the areas of leadership development program, competency model building, capability assessment and organisational development projects. She has been facilitating and training to audiences from different countries and background; and was appointed as one of the associate trainer in International Certified Professional Trainers Certification Program, by IPMA UK.

Shirley spent 11 years in China, managing a company located in Shanghai while serving clients around China and other regions including India, Bangladesh, Kenya, Australia, SEA. Some of the OD projects included building corporate values, building a competency model, 360 degree assessment, development of a learning culture etc.
