Below you will find the Privacy Statement of TPC Leadership. In the following Privacy Statement we inform you about the purposes for which TPC Leadership processes personal data and what rights you have as a data subject.

 

The following Privacy Statement applies to the personal data of data subjects that are in any way related to TPC Leadership. The terminology used in the Privacy Statement is taken from the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: the GDPR).

Processing of your personal data

 

TPC Leadership processes your personal data only if there is a legitimate purpose and the processing can be based on a legal ground. It depends on your relationship with TPC Leadership which personal data is processed, for what purpose and on what legal grounds.

 

The overviews below specify for each category which personal data TPC Leadership processes in which cases. Also included is the legal ground on which the processing is based and what retention periods we use for the personal data.

If consent is required from the data subject for the processing of his/her personal data, this consent is granted for a specific purpose. If you wish to withdraw your consent afterwards, this is possible. You can direct your mail to globalops@tpcleadership.com you have withdrawn your consent we will retain your personal data for a maximum of one month.

 

Special and/or sensitive personal data

 

TPC Leadership does not process special and/or sensitive personal data. TPC Leadership only records data of the companies and contact persons as named in the overviews above.

 

Retention period personal data

 

TPC Leadership retains your personal data in accordance with the statutory retention periods. Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. In the overviews above you can find which retention periods apply for the purposes in question.

 

Collection of personal data

 

TPC Leadership obtains personal information from you when you enquire about our activities, register with TPC Leadership, send or receive an email, ask a question or otherwise provide TPC Leadership with personal information. TPC Leadership may also receive information about you from third parties.

TPC Leadership also gathers general information about the use of the website, such as which pages users visit most often and which services, events or facilities are of most interest. TPC Leadership may also track which pages users visit when they click on links in emails. TPC Leadership may use this information to personalise the way our websites are presented when users visit them, to make improvements to the websites and to ensure they provide the best service for the users.

Wherever possible TPC Leadership uses aggregated or anonymous information which does not identify individual visitors to our websites.

In certain cases it is necessary on the basis of a legal obligation to provide your data to third parties.

• Right of access: As a data subject, you have the right to access personal data processed by TPC

Leadership. If you wish, you can submit a request for access.

• Right to rectification: You have the right to rectify and supplement incorrect data if necessary. If you wish we can remove incorrect information and correct it if necessary.

• Right to object: In certain situations you can object to the processing of your personal data.

• Right to data portability: You have the right to transfer data. You can request your personal data from TPC Leadership. We will ensure that you receive your data digitally and structured.

• Right to be forgotten: In certain situations you have the right to be ‘forgotten’. This means that we remove all (possible) personal data about you.

• Right to restriction: In some situations you have the right to (temporarily) restrict data processing.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the information disclosed to us is kept secure, accurate and up to date and kept only for so long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used. We protect your information in accordance with our ´Data Protection Policy´.

You should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and although we will do our best to protect your personal data we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features such as encryption to try to prevent unauthorised access.
