Valérie’s passion is to help those companies and organisations, which believe that business is about Leadership, Values and most importantly about People. She does this through strategic advice, change management counselling and support, and individual or team coaching, in line with the vision and the values of the organisation.

Valérie has more than 15 years professional team and individual coaching experience on performance management, career development, change management, strategy development, project management, issue and crisis management, communication, etc.

Other Relevant Experience

Valérie has a Masters in Business Administration from the Solvay Business School in Brussels. She started her career at Procter&Gamble Benelux in Rotterdam in 1998. After 5 years of brand management across different brands and countries, she decided to pursue another professional and personal challenge as Associate Director at Amnesty International. In this role she was in charge of the Financial and Fundraising department, incl. responsibility for internal operational activities (HR, Purchasing).

In 2007, after 3 great years in this non-profit organisation, she returned to Procter&Gamble to start up the Brand Operations Team which transformed the local Marketing Communication function. She led this team for 5 years, supporting the marketing communications for all 40 P&G brands in BeLux as well as leading the development and training of the Marketing Community on Benelux level. In 2012 she became the head of Communication and Marketing for Nestlé Benelux in charge of all marketing business and people development in these markets.

Early in 2015, Valérie started her own company to focus on her passion to help people and companies to achieve what drives them in life. She has clients in the private, public and non-profit industry.
