Driven by the conviction that each human being has immense potential to leave a mark and a personal contribution to the world, Costanza focusses her attention on leaders, whose potential is exponential as it can irradiate across the members of the organisations they lead.
Through her coaching practice Costanza accompanies our clients towards a further level of development and performance.
Her active listening, empathic presence and powerful way of questioning, combined with tools and models drawn from neuroscience, systemic coaching and PNL contribute to rapidly building a safe space in which individual and teams can find the resources to reach their goals.
Leadership Development Experience
After 15 years in the insurance, banking and education sectors accompanying multinational organisations through change in Marketing, Communication, Customer Knowledge and Business Transformation functions, Costanza decided to become a Leadership Coach.
Since several years, she now accompanies leaders to identify and develop their most authentic leadership, and get rid of the obstacles that limit the expression of their full potential. She facilitates collaboration, co-creation and learning within teams and advises organisations on change management, performance management, and leadership development.
