Paula worked for more than 20 years in the corporate world, leading, inspiring and motivating individuals and teams to be happy and produce results. She uses neuroscience in her coaching and strives to inspire people and companies to find their “best version”.

Paula has been a coach, facilitator and strategic advisor since 2013, advising business owners and senior executives in strategy and management. She has been coaching, advising and training individual and team clients in Brazil and in the USA.

Other Relevant Experience

Paula has extensive experience in marketing, sales, strategy and general management.  She was Head of Online Sales for Google Brasil, Marketing Director at Citibank Brasil, Strategic Planning and Media Director at AgênciaClick (a digital agency part of Isobar). She was also Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Brand Manager at PepsiCo Foods and Colgate-Palmolive.
