Deirdre collaborates with her clients confirming the business ‘so what’ and then developing specialised integrated programs spanning strategic planning, leadership coaching, team development and engagement strategies. Her approach combines self and group exploration to enable first the discovery and then the connection of the personal ‘why’ to a collective shared purpose. Holding that vulnerability and connection she facilitates the ‘what’ and ‘how’ through a journey of action oriented solutioning and learning creating commitment, accountability and breakthrough performance.

Deirdre is passionate about helping people and teams ‘show up’. Through reflective pausing she facilitates the observation of patterns and behaviours that help her participants connect the dots to the events of their lives and enables the emergence of purpose. Aligning personal purpose to broader organisational mission creates deeper connections and commitment to shared goals and objectives. Once the heart connection is established, there is true engagement, openness to possibilities and fresh perspectives. It is from this space of collaboration and innovation that new solutions and propositions emerge.

Leadership Development Experience

Deirdre has delivered strategic retreats, team performance programmes, experiential encounters, speaking engagements, coaching and organisational design consulting for Corporate and non-Profit clients. As a global leader with the need to address business performance she developed programs to address culture and engagement, implemented Internal Coaching and Competency frameworks for both Merrill Lynch and CIT delivering substantial business outcomes.

Other Relevant Experience

Deirdre started her career in Management Consulting delivering large technology change programs in UK, Germany and Ireland. She joined Merrill Lynch and continued to design and lead strategic transformation initiatives across Europe, Asia and Africa. She joined CIT initially as their European and then global COO and relocated to the US in 2012. After 28 years in leadership roles delivering operational excellence she established her own coaching and consulting business because her experience has convinced her that addressing workforce engagement is the key to creating and sustaining performance.
