Joe specialises in working with leaders and leadership teams to increase their personal impact and capacity for collective leadership, especially in the context of strategic and cultural change. He supports leaders in growing their capacity for innovation, navigating conflict, and transforming relationships for the benefit of all stakeholders. He also supports teams to clarify their purpose, vision, and strategy. Joe contributes to the evolution of organisations, teams and leaders using relational, organisational, and systemic approaches that complement their needs and changing context. He offers a holistic approach that integrates insights and tools from multiple disciplines of psychology and business consulting. Joe supports leaders to re-shape their roles and teams to align with strengths and build their personal strategies for leading successful change. He enables current and aspiring change leaders to transform their relationships with themselves and others, maximise commitment to what really matters, and develop the resilience needed for courageous action. Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Joe’s passion for developing leadership has grown over 12 years’ experience of leading transformational change in global organizations, with a focus on culture change.  This background informs his insight into how potential can be unleashed when leaders invest in themselves and their organisations.

Joe has coached and developed leaders and leadership teams in information technology, life sciences, energy, professional services, consumer goods, and manufacturing. He has also designed and facilitated workshops for global organisations that have developed leadership skills/behaviours, facilitated cultural and organizational change, and catalysed digital transformation. He has significant experience in designing methods and facilitating processes that enable growth and deep change at the individual, group, and organisational level.

Other Relevant Experience

Prior to becoming a leadership and team coach, Joe led and delivered successful programmes for culture change, digital transformation, new operating models, and performance improvement with organisations including BP, BT Group, CGI, NHS, Roche, Shell, and several UK public sector organisations.  Joe also worked for several years in marketing, branding, and design with SMEs and brands owned by Sony and Unilever.
