• He forged an “Alliance Culture” between five companies, brought together to develop a greenfield oil production facility on the North West Shelf of Western Australia, by breaking through traditional client/contractor relationships to deliver world class performance in cost, schedule and safety, with cost savings of over $60 million on a stretch target
• He transformed the safety performance of a major marine contractor from being “the worst performing contractor” to winning “Contractor of the Year” within 9 months
• He led the organisational safety and quality leadership and cultural transformation of a global airline manufacturer in Australia; reducing its lost time injury rate, improving quality, reducing rework and significantly improving its employee retention rate.
• He aligned client and contractor to create a strong safety culture, actively engaging the workforce in safety conversations to achieve a record of constructing three power stations in 500 days; with zero harm, no LTIs, and no recordable injuries or incidents
• He led the safety leadership and cultural transformation journey for one of the world’s largest oil and gas producers in Far East Russia, catalysing human innovation for breakthrough results, in their organisation, operations and capital projects
