She is one of the first HR practitioners in Central and Southeast Europe in the field of Diversity and Inclusiveness (D&I). This experience helped her understand and appreciate how different styles work among different people, cultures, characters and generations. This understanding is vital for the ability to build bridges and facilitate productive conversations between them.

Among her key advantages is her ability to clearly understand what an organization wants and expects from its people and vice versa. When this message does not reach one or both ends, she builds a bridge between the organization and its people so that they understand each other better.

She is privileged to coach women entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneurial Winning Women (EWW) program organized by Ernst & Young. She helps them understand themselves, corporatize their business, make strategic decisions, build strategic visions, deal with people issues, relax and maintain work-life balance.
