We have 20 years' experience of helping organisations set up and manage internal coaches. We train your internal coaches either with our own quality assurance or through externally recognised qualifications.

We can assist you with:

We pride ourselves on helping organisations find ways to optimise their internal coach capability. Our programmes are described in more detail below. And we are happy to advise on the most suitable programme for your organisation.

Subject to meeting the minimum teaching requirements of the various accrediting boards, the programmes can be constructed to suit your organisation's needs. We can adjust the scheduling (e.g. 6 half-days vs 3 full days) and delivery methodology (face to face or virtually, with varying degrees of self-learning through our online learning system MyQuest).

Also, within the constraints of the accrediting body curriculum, we can tailor the content of each programme to suit your emerging and current business needs e.g. if your organisation is going through significant change, training your internal coaches with models and techniques that support people in a changing environment.

EMCC Foundation Coaching Skills

Our shortest programme, covering the core skills in coaching. Accreditation is optional and if no formal certificates are required, we will issue our certificate of attendance.

To be awarded the EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) at Foundation level, which is valid for 5 years, the programme must deliver 20 hours of coach training, including 10 hours of coaching practice. Students must present a short portfolio evidencing their learnings.

Students with 50 hours of coaching practice and who have supervision at least once per quarter are eligible to apply for their EMCC Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Foundation level. We can include supervision in our programme if required.

ICF ACSTH

TPC Practitioner (ICF ACSTH)

TPC Leadership is accredited with ICF to deliver a practitioner level coach training programme that counts for a minimum of 60 hours of coach training. These hours are sufficient to allow students to apply for their Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) level with ICF through the ACSTH route when they have achieved 100 hours of coaching (75 paid) and 10 hours of mentoring.

For this programme we can deliver just the minimum 60 hours or we can include as much coaching practice and mentoring as you require.

EMCC Coach Practitioner

The EMCC Coach Practitioner is ideal for people who want to become an internal coach or for leaders who want to use coaching skills and behaviours in their leadership practice.

To be awarded the EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) at Practitioner level, which is valid for 5 years, the programme must deliver 150 hours of coach training, including 60 hours of coaching practice. Students must present a short portfolio evidencing their learnings.

Students completing the programme are eligible to apply for their EMCC Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Foundation level if they have had supervision once per quarter. Those with 100 hours of coaching practice and who have had supervision once per quarter are eligible to apply for the Practitioner level. We can include supervision in the programme if required.
