My belief is that when people are assisted in understanding the mechanisms of human behaviour and organizational systems, and are given the opportunity to experience success, they will achieve great results and personal growth.
Alina’s approach is to assist people in identifying the core issues, to facilitate reflection and to define hands-on solutions. She looks to deploy programs that include multiple development actions and involve several organizational levels, the implicit assumption being that such an approach is more likely to generate an impactful flow of change.
Leadership Development Experience
Alina has 12 years of experience in human resources and management consulting. She accomplished human resources and project management roles in multinational environments, and has worked as a coach, trainer and consultant in the country and abroad, both in the private and the NGO sector. Her core area of expertise covers leadership development programs addressed mostly to middle and top management, and including managerial assessment, facilitated workshops and coaching. Other areas of expertise refer to soft-skill training design and delivery, capability assessment, and mentoring for HR professionals.
Alina is also experienced in people management systems namely performance management, reward and recognition, and talent management. She has assisted companies from various industries in building up such systems and has worked with management teams to successfully implement them.
Other Relevant Experience
Alina consistently delivers projects in the private and the not-for-profit sector. Companies come from the automotive, manufacturing, utilities, banking and retail industry sectors. These projects refer mainly to new leaders, middle and top management roles. Her not-for-profit sector work covers community development, lobby, fund-raising and project development. Included among others are projects regarding the participation of children and youth in cultural, social and environmental actions, community transformation projects aimed at building sustainable social and economic platforms, development of education and training centres for rural population (including traditional crafts and foreign language programmes), building networks of NGO’s, experts, communities and public institutions for sustainable development of rural and urban communities.
