That\u2019s a very hard thing to do,\u00a0 but it\u2019s very freeing!\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe all have a backpack\u2026 the thing we need to do is to basically, open that\u00a0 backpack, look what\u2019s inside, and really ask ourselves, is this really mine? The\u00a0 things I received from my parents, the values, the beliefs, all these things? Are\u00a0 they really mine?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u2026the things I received from my parents, the values, the beliefs, all these\u00a0 things, are they really mine?\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u201cAsk what is it that I believe in\u2026 because if we don\u2019t, we feel lost, we don\u2019t feel\u00a0 authentic, or relationships are not strong enough. And it\u2019s going to be much\u00a0 harder in the end to positively influence others\u201d<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt\u2019s a conscious and continuous effort that happens through actions through\u00a0 trials and errors.
