Ramon has more than 10 years of experience as a leadership and team coach. He has his background in the Change Management working field and years of leadership experience in corporate life. His top motivation is to let professionals and teams grow in a goal-oriented way, taking their drivers, talents and the organisational need as a starting point. Customers describe Ramon as someone who rapidly creates an open and honest atmosphere, in which he facilitates new insights for the coachee in a natural and personal way. These insights are translated into concrete actions.
Leadership Development Experience
Ramon is specialised in leadership (team)coaching. He coaches (senior) managers, executives and team leaders in small, medium and large organisations (for example: KPN, VodafoneZiggo and LG Electronics). He collaborates to achieve personal and company goals. Apart from that he coaches enterpreneurs in both profit and non-profit sector.
Other Relevant Experience
Ramon has gained experience as a coach and leadership consultant in a leadership programme at KPN, in his role as a manager and project manager at the marketing and service departments for the KPN (premium), Telfort (value for money) and Hi (youth) brands. He helped professionals individually and teams of professionals in their development as an individual and as a team, balanced with company goals. Since 2015 Ramon has worked as an independent coach and trainer. In 2016 he built up his own customer portfolio on Curacao. After returning to The Netherlands in the beginning of 2017, he has been doing the same in The Netherlands.
