Widayanto brings more than 20 years of managerial, leadership and advisory role in HR function of various industries, including Oil & Gas (BP Tangguh LNG), Chemical (Air Products Chemical), Pharmaceutical (Otsuka), and Consumer Goods (Indofood).
His professional experienced in several multi – cultural corporations have enabled him to learn, contribute, and apply world class HR policies, systems and practices including but not limited to Diversity & Inclusion, Full Cycle of Performance Management, HR Digitalization, Organization and Manpower Planning, and People & Leadership Development.
Widayanto was with BP Tangguh LNG from 2007 to 2020. He was the Tangguh Site HR Manager (rotation to Tangguh Site) from 2007 to 2015, and subsequently as an HR Advisor / Business Partner (based in Jakarta) for Tangguh Expansion Project.
Prior to that he was the Country HR Manager of Air Products Chemical from 2000 to 2007, HR Manager of Otsuka Pharmaceutical from 1996 to 2000, HR Supervisor in Indofood from 1993 to 1996, Training Officer in Dharmala Group from 1990 to 1993.
