Grace has more than 20 years’ exposures in all spectrum of Human Resources areas. She has combined exposures as Human Resources Specialist, Generalist also as Consultant of Change Management and Human Capital. Her industry understanding is covered Hitech & Telecommunication, Courier and Logistics, Computer and Global Consulting business, Oil and Gas including Services, Plantation, Financial and Banking, Automotive manufacturing and Sales Distribution as well as Education Institution and Hospital. She rendered services majority to Fortune 500 companies with some of them are in the top three of worldwide ranking.
She enjoyed the career progression mostly as HR Generalist. She held top position in HR department for the last 10 years in medium to large multinational companies i.e Baker Hughes Incorporate Indonesia, Shell Indonesia. As part of Country Management Team, she exposed to work with Business, Country and Human Resources Leaders in country, regional and global levels to support Company vision, mission and objectives through composing in-line HR strategic and business partnership.
She gained consultant experiences in Change Management and Human Capital area during her tenure in IBM Indonesia. As part of Global Consulting Team, her assignment was cross industries and countries. These advantages brought unique abilities to widen the perspectives, leverage more comprehensive knowledge and skills, deepening capabilities to engage and work with various level of employees. In addition, ability to combine the approach and methodology when supporting business, clients as well as delivering HR initiatives.

Grace was exposed to HR functional areas during her services in Ericsson Indonesia. Her functional positions starting from Designing soft skills trainings, Creating Country Competency model, Compensation and Benefits till Recruitment, Assessment and Performance Management.
She was having opportunity to be country core team member during Merger and Acquisition PricewaterrhouseCoopers by IBM globally.
Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience
Grace’s last position was Country HR for Shell Indonesia. She was leaving Shell Indonesia on 2015 to join her husband in Qatar. Since then, she is sharpening her consultant exposures and become an independent consultant since 2017 till now. Her projects’ portfolios are Company Regulation for Nippon Paint Auto Refinishes Indonesia, Assessment of Performance Management Review for University of Indonesia, Competency Assessment for Duta Fuji Electric, Competency Based Recruitment and HR Platforms for University of Indonesia Hospital.
As senior HR practitioner, Coaching is mandatory competencies. Despite of her accountability to grow the team through coaching and mentoring, also she requires to coach managerial levels for performing as people manager. She gained Coaching competencies through series of leadership and development trainings conducted by Shell Global Learning.
