Create Impact and Measure the Difference

We measure an individual’s leadership capabilities, drivers and blind spots through 1-on-1 coaching and using personality inventories and 360º assessments. Once we’ve established a baseline, we find tactical ways for leaders to increase self-awareness, experiment intelligently, navigate conflict and grow in capacity.

Your leaders may be facing challenges best addressed with direct workplace interventions from our range of experienced mentors, which we can provide or facilitate on a case-by-case basis.

Supervision

Your internal coaches will benefit from a collaborative process facilitating their reflective practice aimed at their own continuous improvement and psychological safety for their coachees.

Shadowing

Shadowing your people in their day-to-day leadership roles allows our coaches to initiate contextual and timely reflective interventions on behaviors and outcomes.
