Mihaela has experience as an organizational psychologist, consultant, trainer and coach in the business sector and as a clinical psychologist in the public sector and through her private practice. She is specialized in assessing and developing emotional intelligence. Mihaela matches a sound scientific background with the capacity to engage people making the contents practical, personal and contextualized.

In the last 10 years, Mihaela worked internationally with talents and leaders – from  middle-management to C-level – bridging the best of her business and clinical experience, to enable greater performance and wellbeing, aligned with own vision and values. She is passionate about supporting individuals and groups develop their emotional intelligence to achieve high impact leadership, effective teamwork and higher wellbeing, using creative methods and leveraging on recent neuroscience, psychology and business research.

Mihaela has worked with public and private organizations from different sectors, including: Pharma, Banking, Professional Services, Utilities, Retail, Fashion, Information Technology, NGOs, Constructions, Public Institutions, Avionic. She also collaborates - as coach and facilitator - with WYSE International, an UN affiliated NGO, to support emerging young leaders from all around the world.

• Masters in Train the Trainers and Adult Learning, from University of Bucharest, Romania
• Certified as an Executive Coach by the Institute of Leadership and Management
• Member of the International Coach Federation and Society of Coaching Psychology Italy.
• Qualified as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner for the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360° tools
• Systemic Team Coaching Certificate with the Academy of Executive Coaching
• Accredited Process Communication Model Coach
• As a Psychologist, she is accredited both in Italy - member of Psychologist’s Order of Lombardy in Italy (registered with no. 19559) - and in Romania
