Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Charles recently joined TPC as an associate in 2022. As a senior executive learning & development professional in both academia and corporate, he leverages traditional adult and corporate education methodologies and enhances with experiential and cohort-based structures, always with an eye beyond the intervention to ensure the new skills explored will transfer to the professional and personal lives of participants.

As a coaching professional, he has worked with thousands of professionals in the various stages of career progression on career transition and acceleration, leadership skills development, and strategies on finding purpose and realising potential. In addition to his work as an advisor and coach at INSEAD for MBA, MiM, EMBA, and alumni, he has also coached participants at SDA Bocconi, ESC Clermont, and the University of Kansas. Candidate preparatory advisory work includes industries such as: Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Tech, and Corporates across EMEA and the Americas.

As a Learning & Development Senior Executive, he employs learning strategies that use people development as a strategic lever to produce the results targeted by the CEO’s and the company’s strategic business plans. He has worked in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer & Luxury Goods, and Academia.
