In the last 6 months we have created a safe and spirited community of learners who meet twice a week to discuss and share coaching tools and frameworks.&nbsp; In addition, we sharpen the axe by practicing our coaching skills in a safe and friendly environment. The group consists of TPCL alumni members who want to keep moving up on their learning curve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The need of the hour is to be collaborative. With this in mind, we invite coaches, leaders and professionals to take up the opportunity and share your wisdom with us. <strong>We invite you to pick up a topic of your passion and we will be happy to host you as your guest speaker.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are also going to open our learning community to individuals by hosting <strong>\u2018Visitor Day\u2019<\/strong>.
