There was a very good balance of theory input with skills practice. The facilitation style allowed the conversations to breathe and explore (rather than just rush through an agenda) – it was very well paced. The facilitators worked very well together and helped to create an excellent, safe learning atmosphere. There was a great mix of delegates and a good size group. Overall a great experience!

The facilitators were welcoming, knowledgeable, willing to share their expertise with the group and open to questions. The group was supportive and challenging in equal measure which made it ok to try the new techniques and the concepts we were learning. The content was very stimulating and thought provoking therefore contributed to a positive learning experience.

The openness and honesty of the group and the facilitators really contributed to my learning. It felt it was a very emotionally mature group which formed quickly and created a safe space for everyone. We would hope to do that as coaches but it doesn’t always bare out to be the case. The course content was great (the pre-work was very comprehensive which helped set the scene for content) but it was the group learning that really lifted my game.
