Tom is passionate about leadership development in all forms and how teams work together. He is convinced that there must be a balance between leadership and the whole team. In order to understand the complexity of leading, we need to have a “talk” with ourselves first. Tom creates a positive environment that enables clients to work on themselves and bring their own awareness to the next level, and unlock their full potential for themselves, the team and the organisation.
Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience
Tom has a lot of experience from his previous role when he worked in learning and development for one of the leading strategic consulting firms. He designed training content, delivered all different kind of programs, and mainly focused on leadership development. Most of his clients work in international, multi-cultural and diverse teams. His focus is helping leaders to unlock their full potential in order to work effectively and successfully with their team.
Furthermore, he delivers training programs about mental health and stress/pressure that also includes psychological safety (mostly for athletes and different kind of sport teams).
Other Relevant Experience
Tom studied history in Germany and the UK. He focused on identifying longer lasting effects of political developments in the 20th century. This helps him now to identify potential in individuals, teams, and organisations. His passion for learning and development brought him to coaching and leadership training. He is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and is also certified for MBTI.
