Roya Manavi
“My passion is to help people reach their fullest potential and to accompany them on their own, individual transformational journeys towards living a fulfilled life.”
Approach
Roya works together with executives, young leaders and professionals, advising and coaching them on their challenges – across a wide spectrum of HR and personal topics. She understands coaching as a co-creation between coach and client and loves to create working relationships that promote insights and evoke transformations for individuals and organizations.
Her individual approach is tailored to the client’s needs and towards reaching the desired outcomes. In a safe space and through a thought-provoking series of conversations, (unconscious) obstacles can be revealed and new perspectives and paths can be discovered. Roya puts great emphasis on (re)connecting clients with their own creativity and problem-solving. For this, she focusses on the whole person, heart, mind and body. As accountability partner she accompanies her clients in getting into action to make sustainable change happen for them personally and their organisations.
Roya combines tools and methods from different recognized coaching schools and work approaches. For example, she works according to the principles of co-active coaching, psychodynamic coaching and organizational development as well as positive intelligence. Her background as social psychologist and social scientist allows her to decode complex organizational dynamics and group processes for her clients, and help them in navigating through challenges. She loves to support leaders in finding their personal styles, overcoming challenging situations, and succeeding in new roles.
