Dr. Frederike Wenzlaff

“There is always a reason why we do what we do – or why we don’t.”

Approach

Frederike is passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals and teams by understanding (hidden) blockers and drivers for their performance. Combining the hands-on pragmatic approach of a management consultant with a psychodynamic in-depth understanding of the human psychic, Frederike helps to uncover and tackle individual challenges as well as team dynamics within organisations. She is convinced that communication is key, but only effective once the individual, team and organizational interdependencies are understood.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

While working as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Frederike was involved in the internal training program for c-suite leadership coaches. She also worked on organisational change and is experienced in training, mainly focussing on consultant skills and communication.

Other Relevant Experience

Frederike studied psychology and received a PhD from the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, where she is currently finishing her 5-year training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. She is skilled in accompanying people through intense professional and personal change and not afraid to ask the uncomfortable though relevant questions.
