Tamara Hofman

“Authenticity is a collection of choices we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.” Brene Brown

Leadership starts with having a strong understanding of self and others, from where relationships based on trust are built. This is true in both local and global settings and forms the basis of the approach Tamara takes. Tamara has a strong passion for learning. She has a curious mindset and strong drive to find meaningful insights. In her work with leaders at all levels, she aims to create awareness and choice around what leader they want to be and what organizational culture they want to create while working on the different dynamics involved in personal, cultural and organizational change.
