Henry is an internationally experienced Industrial Psychologist and executive coach. He has coached CEOs and senior executives in Asia, Africa, Europe, the US and Australia. This has provided him with a strong awareness and sensitivity to leadership effectiveness in a global context. He has delivered consulting and coaching solutions to a variety of clients in the financial, services, retail, government and manufacturing sectors.

Henry’s 25 years of work experience covers a wide variety roles ranging from being a combat officer in the South African Army to heading up Global Assessment for Standard Chartered Bank. This enables him to relate to managers at all corporate levels, and from various business sectors.
As Head of Organisation Development for the South African Army Henry advised leaders and executives on organisational change and he implemented unique interventions that were focused on enabling personal and team change.
Henry’s career includes 5 years in an International assessment consultancy, SHL, where he managed the Greater China consulting business. He assessed, coached and advised senior leaders in Hong Kong, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Australia. Henry’s extensive experience in conducting leadership assessments for executive roles in multinational organisations provides him with key benchmarks of effective leadership behaviour across various industries.
