Julie has worked with many multinational and local companies to train and coach their leaders. She has designed and delivered training programmes and workshops on various leadership topics, such as strategic leadership, team alignment, cross culture cooperation, etc.

Previously, Julie had 10 years’ career success with 3 world-leading consulting firms, EDS/A.T. Kearney, PwC Consulting and IBM. As a Senior Practice Leader, she was responsible for both sales and delivery, leading multiple project teams in parallel. She was in charge of large-scale and high-impact company-wide change initiatives involving functional areas such as supply chain, finance, manufacturing and IT. Julie has quite diverse industry experience. She served in Financial, Telecommunications and Consulting industries. While in consultancy, her clients were mostly big multinationals including Toshiba, VW, Nissan, Fuji Xerox, CMA CGM, Huchison Huangpu,Metso and Emerson.

Other Relevant Experience:
She started her career in Telecommunication industry, working in supply chain management with Lucent Technologies. Her years in consulting exposed her to many more industries such as electronic appliances manufacturing, heavy machinery manufacturing, FMCG, retail & distribution and etc. For many multinational clients, she has led cross-border projects, collaborating with countries in Asia, Europe and US. Before joining TPC Leadership, she had 6 years with Allianz, taking a few senior leadership positions responsible for corporate strategy, operation excellence and IT. In her tenure, she had successfully championed the culture for change and innovation in the Allianz China organization, orchestrated large scale projects to achieve lean operations, initiated the e-business platform that supports multiple channels for customer interactions, and led the IT organization to transform from a reactive, pure service/supporting role to a proactive, leading/advising and partnership-based role.
