Coaching then worked on closing this gap by working with the client on cognitive, emotional and behavioral levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relationships were improved at every level and with regards performance, she has been recognized regionally and nationally for achievements in the role.
