Iana is certified in Conflict Mediation and Facilitation of Dialogues by the MEDIARE Institute (RJ) with over 100 hours of supervised practical mediation, Restorative Practices with Cristina Meireles, Advanced Transformational Mediation, Joseph Folger, Temple University, professional Coaching - SLA Coach Association and certified YPO Forum Facilitator (CFF) and Mentoring. 

Iana was General Manager of Merchandising at Harley Davidson in Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, Director of Sales at the Audi dealership at AB Group and Director of Pé do Atleta from the Chocolate group.
