Approach

Andrea works as a Consultant in Programs for Leadership Development, Organizational Change Processes, Assessment, Training Programs, Individual Coaching, Team Coaching Career and Transition at Brazilian and multinational companies operating in different market segments. 

Andréa is a member of the coaching pool of Insead Global Leadership Centre and coached programs in Brazil, Mexico and France.

Relevant Experience

Prior to that, she worked in Human Resources for 19 years, for companies such as: BM&F, ABN Amro, Citibank, TV Globo and AMBEV, where she coordinated people, team and organization development programs, such as: organizational climate, talent, performance and competence management, and coached executives. Her career as an Internal Consultant was consolidated through her work with Executives in different business areas. Following that, as a manager, she had the opportunity to implement the HR department and coordinated Leadership Development Programs.  

Education, Qualifications and Certifications

  • Degree in Psychology from UERJ
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources – IAG Master (PUC-RJ).
  • “Clinical Organizational Psychology” from the “Consulting and Coaching for Change” program, at INSEAD (France)
  • Certified in MBTI and MEP Assessment tools.
