Approach

Over the years Vini went on to “spread happiness” and he is founder of Vinning - Online School of Happiness. Since 2015 it has more than 100 thousands followers at Instagram and Facebook.

Vini is also an expert in online methodologies and virtual facilitation.   

Leadership Development Experience

He was Director of MIT & Harvard Brazil Conference in 2017.  In addition to facilitating the Vinning School, he is a Coach for the Scholarship recipients for Fundação Estudar.

Vinicius worked for five years as C-Level Headhunter at Robert Wong Executive Consulting.
