Leadership Development Experience

Since 2010, Thais has been an Executive Coach, group facilitator, and she mentors and trains coaches. 

Her coach training was with  Erickson Coaching International and  ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute. Thais  has a PCC / ICF credential, and is certified in the BigFive Assessment WorkPlace tool.

Other Relevant Experience

Thais worked for over 15 years as an executive  in large corporations in marketing, finance, planning and supply chain. Her experience includes  AmBev, Kraft Foods, Dufry and Estee Lauder, in executive positions with a direct report to the C-Level.

• BS in engineering from the Maua School of Engineering
