Typically, the group size per cohort is 80 participants.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">European locations\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Amsterdam, Madrid, Paris<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Asia Pacific locations\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Programme structure<\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a03 days in person training including 1:1 coaching session which has since all \u00a0 been virtualised due to Covid19<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Embedding\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Followed by an online 1:1 coaching session 6-8 weeks after the training to support embedding and ongoing learning.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Challenges<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ensuring consistency in the quality of delivery<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dedicated programme faculty with deep insight into the specific client context<\/li>\n<li>Robust onboarding process for faculty with formal and informal feedback from the faculty lead and client (participants and L&amp;D lead) after each programme<\/li>\n<li>Faculty supervision by the TPC Leadership Client Partner<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated Project manager to manage scheduling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensuring relevance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annual review of content with the client L&amp;D Lead to respond to evolving business needs<\/li>\n<li>Structured 1:1 coaching session during the face to face training to support application of theory into the specific context of the participant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensuring application of learning<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>End of programme reflection and action planning supported by peer coaching<\/li>\n<li>Post-programme emailed series of content reminders and stimulus inputs eg videos, articles, talks<\/li>\n<li>Post-programme 1:1 formal coaching session with a faculty member<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Outcomes<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Due to the success of our delivery of this programme, the client continues to renew our contract to be the provider of this programme on an annual basis.<\/p>\n<p>Feedback from the client indicates that participants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are more effective at delegating and setting clear expectations for performance<\/li>\n<li>Are better able to recognise and leverage strengths in their team members<\/li>\n<li>Are more confident at handling difficult conversations and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Have a clear vision about themselves as a leader, the values that drive them, and the behaviours to put their vision into action<\/li>\n<li>Understand their patterns in responding to stress and have strategies for maintaining performance and actively managing their resilience<\/li>\n<li>Feel supported to embed their learning and put new behaviours developed into practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Client testimonial<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>91%<\/b> of participants at the last training felt that the facilitation was Excellent or Very Good<\/p>\n<p><b>88%<\/b> of participants at the last training felt that the training was Very Relevant or Relevant to their roles and development needs<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of the best leadership trainings I have ever been on.\u00a0 Good mix of theory and breakouts [for practice].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWonderful session \u2013 extremely helpful, insightful and relevant.\u00a0 Would gladly do it again\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since January 2014 TPC Leadership have delivered a leadership programme for new managers at one of the top global consulting firms. _________________________________________________________ Business context &amp;
