We provide a range of accredited training programmes that help people to become new coaches or develop their existing coaching and leadership skills to have more professional impact. Alongside coaching theory, concepts and techniques, participants learn from real-life coaching conversations and also have the opportunity to consider how coaching may form part of their style and approach as a leader or as a manager.

In such courses, our highly experienced international and local faculty will train you to become a professional coach or a great and inspiring leader mastering coaching skills, with the possibility of official accreditation by the EMCC and ICF.
