Refund policy

Information about our refund policy for our coaching and leadership development courses.

Below you will find our refund policy for our courses / programmes. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

1. Where you have paid a deposit only, or have paid the full balance in lieu of a deposit, you have a right to cancel your registration onto one of our programmes, and receive a full refund, within seven days of making your payment.

2. We  reserve the right to withhold some or all of the monies paid to us to cover reasonable expenses in the event of your cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2.1. After the initial seven days, you may cancel your registration up to 42 days before the first day of the programme, and obtain a full refund of fees paid, less an administration fee of $35.00.

2.2. From 1 – 41 days before the first day of the programme, fees will be charged according to expenses incurred. You can email us directly at: uaeenquiries@tpcleadership.com for full details and to discuss cancellation in the first instance.

2.3. If you wish to withdraw from the programme on, or after, the first day of the programme, no refund is applicable.

2.4. Where a programme is paid for in instalments, no refund will be paid for any completed modules.

3. If you wish to defer your attendance, or transfer to another programme, please email us directly at: uaeenquiries@tpcleadership.com.We will try to accommodate your request where possible.
