Poonam is an experienced Executive Coach, Mentor and Organisational Psychologist, with over 15 years of wide-ranging HR and Organisational Psychology experience nurtured within both organisational and consultancy roles across UK, Europe and the Middle East. In this time, she has demonstrated a genuine passion for helping leaders achieve their true potential.
Her style is engaging, and intuitive, combining directive and non-directive approaches. She enjoys using a variety of techniques to support her clients build their distinctive capabilities for executive success. She is an advocate for using neuroscience & positive psychology in coaching, seeing first-hand how it helps the client increase well-being, enhance and apply strengths, improve performance, and achieve valued goals.

Poonam’s experience encompasses executive-focused initiatives aimed at leadership development & recruitment and facilitating critical conversations between Boards and Executives, supporting them to understand their business challenges and opportunities and work together more cohesively.
Her roles have involved examining both big-picture aspects of companies and smaller components of their structure and operation, such as individual departments, to identify areas for improvement and introduce new strategies. In addition, she works with business owners and leaders to facilitate positive conversations at the executive level whilst not being afraid to challenge existing perspectives to remove barriers to change.
