Leadership Development & Consulting Experience

Matthew has worked with leading organisations in the Gulf region. He is an experienced assessor, acting as an observer in multiple assessment centres for Development and Succession of C-Level and senior executives as well as Talent Acquisition; noting delegate performance and reporting on pre-agreed criteria and competencies; cross referencing occupational assessment findings with practical observations to provide a thorough development matrix. He then applies his practical executive coaching skills and qualifications to support the achievement of agreed development goals.

Other relevant experience

In his previous role as Group Talent Manager, Matthew implemented a robust assessment process for all Senior Executives to benchmark existing strengths, highlight potential succession pathways and identify talent gaps in the organisation. As a consultant he has supported a wide range of clients in multiple industries to do the same and is adept at applying practical coaching techniques to support the development and growth of even the most senior executives.
