Approach

Manal is a psychologist and Coach and brings 20 years extensive experience as a HR professional in both public and private sector organisations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Manal’s expertise lies in assessing an organisation's leadership capability and identifying the critical development priorities needed for leaders to execute their strategies and improve their leadership effectiveness. Manal has supported Board members at Presidential Flight, Royal Jet and Abu Dhabi Aviation in the assessment and selection of their CEOs and top management.

Leadership Development & Consulting Experience

Manal has been working as consultant since 2007 and her assignments have involved working with various organisations in the following areas:

Occupational Assessment & Development:

Manal provides end-to-end project management and design of senior and mid-level assessment and development centre programmes for a number of organizations. The assessment programmes involved the use of a combination of business simulation exercises and psychometric tools. In addition, she also delivers 1:1 assessment, at CEO levels. Examples include design and delivery of the selection process for CEO’s and director’s level roles at Royal Jet, Presidential Flight and Horizon Flying School.

Business Coaching

Manal works with individuals mainly from large organisations that are working on developing their leadership capabilities. Her key role as a coach has been focused on helping individuals develop their behavioural skills and leadership potential and mostly to people in professional and in line to mid-level managers’ positions, using a range of models including the cognitive behavioural coaching approach. She has delivered more than 200 hours of coaching for clients working in organisations such as National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) in Abu Dhabi, Middle East Broad Casting Company which is a Saudi enterprise based in Dubai(MBC) SEHA in Abu Dhabi, RTA in Dubai, the UAE Prime Minister Office, and Al Ain Municipality.

Training

Manal delivers training on behavioural skills for multinational organisations eg HSBC & Barclays. She also delivers training on competency-based interviewing skills, evidence based behavioural skills and facilitates workshops on designing behavioural competency frameworks for Al Ain Municipality, Royal Jet, STRATA & Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture & Heritage.
